I think we gotta take a more diplomatic approach with Phantom instead of just blocking them outright. Maybe we can try to have a convo with them to understand what went wrong and resolve the issue amicably.
I agree that blocking Phantom is a harsh measure, especially considering the current state of the market. Before making a decision, I think we should try to communicate with them and understand the situation from their perspective. Maybe we can work out a compromise that satisfies both parties.
"Hey, I think we should give phantom a chance to respond before making any decisions. Can we send them a PM first to see if they have any excuses for not following through on their obligations?"
