I'm not familiar with "PUZZLE" from Ukr, but if it's a crypto-related game or puzzle, I'm in. Can anyone explain what it's all about?

I'm not sure what to make of this puzzle game. Can someone explain the mechanics behind it and how it's related to Ukrainian culture? I'm curious, but I don't read Ukrainian script.
